Mrs. Carole Avera, age 78, of Palestine, Arkansas died on Friday October 27, 2023, at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro, Arkansas.  Born August 25, 1945, in Palestine, Arkansas, she was the daughter of Doug Jones and Vada Miller Jones. She was a bookkeeper at M&T Paving until she retired.

Mrs. Avera is preceded in death by her parents.

Mrs. Avera is survived by her husband Clayton Avera of the home in Palestine, Arkansas, one daughter Kelly Huff of Jacksonville, Arkansas; one grandchild Dillion Wright and his wife Morgan of Palestine, Arkansas; two great grandchildren Jagger and Tucker Wright.

There will be a celebration of life for Mrs. Avera Friday November 03, 2023, at CR Smalls in Palestine, Arkansas from 1:00 pm- 3:00 pm.
