Mr. Charles E. Harris, age 85, of Palestine, AR, died early Wednesday morning, May 29, 2019 at his home after a long illness.

Born February 24, 1934, he was the son of Elmer Charles Harris and Evelyn McGraw Harris.  He was a Baptist and a Navy Veteran.

Survivors include his son, Bryan Harris and wife Melanie of Palestine; one daughter Pamela Blessing of Jonesboro, AR; one brother, Albert Lee Harris and wife Bonnie of Tennessee; one sister Dorothy Dumser of Tennessee; and four granchildren: Brayden Harris, Mikayla Blessing, Morgan Blessing and Adam Cupples.

Services will be Graveside, Friday, May 31, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in Birdseye, Arkansas.
