Doris Lonora Johnson, 81, died Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at her home in Palestine, Arkansas. She was born September 22, 1943, in Monticello, Arkansas, and was the daughter of Robert and Elsie Houser, both of whom preceded her in death. Doris was raised in Blackton, Arkansas and lived most of her adult life in Palestine Doris was employed by Warwick Electronics, Inc, and remained employed there following the plant purchase by Sanyo Manufacturing. She retired from Sanyo after many years of employment. Doris loved fishing, playing golf, and spending time with her grandchildren, she was a member of Landmark Baptist Church.

Doris is survived by three sons, Phillip Johnson, of Shannon, MS., Travis Lansford and wife, Doris, of Forrest City, AR, and Jeff Johnson, of Palestine, AR; one sister, Judy Seigrist and husband, Chuck, of North Little Rock, AR; seven grandchildren, Beth Lansford, Cara Lansford, and wife, Emily, Matt Lansford, Mia Anthony, Chandler Anthony, and his wife Natalie, Shelby Anthony, and McCoy Lansford; 13 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Doris was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Johnson, a son, Doug Lansford, a granddaughter, Marla Lansford Clements, a great-granddaughter, Makenzie Danehower, and a brother, Donald Houser.

Visitation for Mrs. Johnson will be Thursday March 13, 2025, at Morgan Funeral Home Chapel from 7:00pm - 8:00pm and her funeral service will be Friday March 14, 2025, at 10:30am at Morgan Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Richard West will be officiating. The burial will be at Bell Cemetery.
