Dorothy Inez White's Obituary
Mrs. Dorothy Inez White, age 82 of Widener, entered into Glory Thursday, March 21, 2013 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Desoto in Southaven, MS.
Mrs. White was born September 9, 1930 the daughter of George Courtney and Mary Lee Martin Courtney.
She was retired from General Industries and was a member of Rolfe Chapel in Wynne.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Rudolph White; one brother, Carol Courtney; and one great- great grandchild, Kaden Lee Turner.
Mrs. White is survived by four sons, James White (Betty) of Forrest City, Larry White (Brenda) and Tommy White (Gina) of Widener, and Donald White (Becky) of Southaven; one daughter, Linda Wilson of Widener; one brother, Richard Courtney (Yvonne) of Texas; two sisters, Louise Clemons (Lee) of Marianna and Francis Gasaway (Carl) of Widener; one sister-in-law, Joyce Courtney of Scooby, MS; fourteen grandchildren, thirty-six great-grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
She had spent the last 15 months living with Donald and Becky in Southaven, MS and while there she had been enjoying the activities at the Inspirations Senior Center.
Visitation with the family will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. in the chapel of Morgan Funeral Home.
Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, March 23, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. in Morgan Chapel with burial to follow at Forrest Park Cemetery.
