Mr. Eric "Scott" Gillaspy, age 49, died suddenly and unexpectedly on January 21, 2020.  Born August 14, 1970, he was the son of William Robert Gillaspy and Evelyn Myers Gillaspy. He worked in the food service management industry most of his life.  He was a Baptist.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Evelyn Myers Gillaspy and his grandparents Reggie and Mary Myers whom raised him after his mother passed away.

Survivors include his wife, Amanda Rae Green Gillaspy, of the home; one son Tyler Gillaspy of Jonesboro, Arkansas and his father William Robert Gillaspy and his wife Cathy of Houston, TX.

Memorial services are scheduled on Sunday, January 26, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Morgan Chapel with Bro. Ben Leonard officiating with Bro. Daniel Blythe assisting.

Morgan Chapel is located at 2605 S. Washington, Forrest City, Arkansas. Morgan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
