Mrs. Evelyn "Jean" Colvin, age 72, of Forrest City died Saturday, May 20, 2017 at NEA Hospital in Jonesboro after a long illness. Born January 5, 1945 in Brinkley, AR, to Joe Hambrick and Birdie Clinton Hambrick, Mrs. Colvin worked as cashier and she was a Baptist.
She is survived by her husband Leonard Darrell Colvin, Sr., of the home; three sons: Keith Allen Tittle and his wife Leasa of Alabama, Leonard Colvin, Jr., and his wife Teresa of Forrest City and Daniel Ray Colvin also of Forrest City; one daughter Tracy Diane Easter and her husband Tommy of Huntingdon, TN. She is also survived by one brother Jerry Dean Hambrick and his wife Yvonne of Alabama and one sister Joann Hambrick of West Memphis; five grandchildren: Joshua, Jerry Woodcock, Christian, Trey Daniel, and Christopher Aaron; and two great-grandchildren Reuban and Damon Kennedy.
Funeral services for Mrs. Colvin are scheduled for Tuesday morning, May 23, 2017, at 10:00AM at Morgan Chapel with Bro. Dennis Colvin officiating. Burial will follow at Forrest Park Cemetery under the direction of Morgan Funeral Home.
Visitation with her family will be from 6:00 to 8:00PM Monday evening at Morgan Funeral Home.
