Ms. Fern A. Barber, age 86, died in her home July 4, 2019 after a long illness.  Born February 8, 1933, she was the daughter of Samuel Moses Brown and Mary Jane Jenkins Brown.  A lifetime resident of this area, she worked at Warwick and was a commercial fisherman.

Survivors include one son, John Paul King of Colt, AR; three daughters Marianne Floyd and husband Terry of Little Rock, AR, Kathy Horton and husband Steve of Colt, AR, Tatia Renee Griffin and husband Randy of Little Rock, AR; eleven grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be Sunday, July 7, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Barnishaw Cemetery near Colt, AR with Bro. James Fryer officiating.  Services are under the direction of Morgan Funeral Home.
