Irene Howton Reeves' Obituary
Mrs. Irene Howton Reeves of Palestine passed away March 5, 2014 at Forrest City Medical Center.
Mrs. Reeves was born in Palestine December 15, 1923 the daughter of Henry and Della Mae Howton.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Rev. Carl J. "Dep" Reeves; and three brothers, Otis Howton, Herman Howton, and Allen Howton.
Mrs. Reeves is survived by two sons, DeCarroll Reeves and wife Norma of Huntsville, Alabama and Lawrence Reeves and wife Jean of Belle Vista, Arkansas; two brothers, Wilburn Howton and Keith Howton; four sisters, Janice Holt, Elnora Adams, Aline Lemons, and Audry Jones; one granddaughter, Teresa Sufczynski; and one great-granddaughter, Katey Little.
Visitation with the family will be held Sunday, March 9, 2014 from 4 P.M. until 6 P.M. at Morgan Funeral Home.
Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, March 10, 2014 at 2 P.M. in the Chapel of Morgan Funeral Home with Bro. Anthony Kennedy officiating.
Burial will be at Salem United Methodist Cemetery in Moro.
