Obituary

Mrs. Jacklyn "Jackie" Beshears, age 75, died at her home in Colt, Tuesday afternoon, June 7, 2016, after a long illness. Born November 18, 1940, she was the daughter of Virgil and Mary Brown. She spent several years at Sanyo Manufacturing Corp. and then became a communications specialist with Forrest City Police Department and St. Francis County Sheriff's Department. She was a Baptist.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles, in 1982, her parents, and one sister Jane Latham in 2014, and two great grandchildren.

Mrs. Beshears is survived by two sons Ronnie and his wife Sandy "Toe" Beshears of Forrest City and Alvin and his wife April Beshears of Kemmerer, Wyoming; one daughter Janet and her husband Mark Maness of Holly Springs, Mississippi; one brother William Brown of Vilonia, AR; one sister Tiny and her husband Mike Spivey of Forrest City; one aunt Joan Murphy of Forrest City; eleven grandchildren Tyler Beshears and Robin Bishop, Barett Beshears and McKenna Seats, Samantha Paris, Ashley Farrell, and Sean and his wife Kayla Maness, Luke White and Melanie Cavazos, and Curtis White; 8 great grandchildren: Chase, Brittney, Carter, Alexa, Reagan, Hunter, Madison and Blaine. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Beshears will be Friday afternoon, June 10, 2016, at 2:00PM at Morgan Chapel with Bro. Randy Matlock officiating. Burial will follow at Loughridge Cemetery under the direction of Morgan Funeral Home.

Visitation with the family will be from 6:00PM to 8:00PM Thursday evening, June 9, 2016, at Morgan Chapel.
