Mr. Jamie Lee Chapman, age 43, of Forrest City, died Friday September 12, 2014, at his home. Mr. Chapman was born December 12, 1970, to Frank Charles Chapman and Nancy Sue Warren, he was a general laborer and farm hand. He was a Baptist.
He is preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by his wife, Sarah Jana Bowen Chapman of Forrest City, his mother Nancy Sue Short of Forrest City, two sons: Jamison Bowen and Timothy Chapman both of Forrest City, two brothers: Calvin Short of Palestine and Charles Short of Forrest City, Two sisters: Melissa Waddell of Weidner, AR and Brittany Shorty of Forrest City.
He is preceded in death by his father.
