Mrs. Jenny B. Douglas, age 63, departed this life February 27, 2018. Born December 5, 1954, she was the daughter of Jack Smith and Alice Baldwin Smith.  A lifetime resident of Forrest City, she was married to David Douglas and was a Baptist.

She was preceded in death by a son, Roy Douglas in 2012; two brothers Michael Smith and Sammy Smith; one sister Linda Davis and her parents.

She is survived by her husband, David Douglas of the home; one son: David Douglas, Jr. and wife Kathy of Forrest City; one daughter Jenny R. Middleton and husband Bill of Wynne, AR; three brothers: Jackie Smith and wife Jackie of Wynne, AR, Ray Smith and wife Kellie of Colt, AR and Ricky Smith of Colt, AR; two sisters: Polly Douglas of Tennessee and Lois Morian and husband Don of Florida; eight grandchildren: Jake, Jamie, Haley, Emily, Rebecca, Cody, Makayla, Roy, Jr., and two great-grandchildren: Kingsley and Kaden.

Services are scheduled for Friday, March 2, 2018, at Morgan Chapel at 12:00PM with Bro. Patrick Tucker officiating.  Burial will follow at Harris Chapel Cemetery in Wynne, AR.  Visitation with the family will be from 10:00AM - 12:00PM prior to the service March 2, 2018 at Morgan Chapel.
