Mr. Jerry Wayne Madden (Paw Paw), born June 1, 1943, went to be with the Lord on March 4, 2013. He was a member of the Oak Hill Church of God in Forrest City and a retired heavy machine operator.
He was preceded in death by his parents Annie Ruth Clay, Theo Clay, and Newell Madden; one sister, Becky Egbert; one son-in-law, Bill Varner; and one grandson, Nicholas (Brett) Madden.
He is survived by his loving wife Jane Madden; three sons:Wayne (Beaver) Reeves, Tony Morgan, Sr. and wife Susan, and Shannon Madden and wife Nikki; one daughter: Pam Varner Bailey and husband Alan;
thirteen grandchildren: Taylor and Dillon Reeves, Candice, Tyler, Morgan, and Steven Varner, Lil Tony and Spencer Morgan, Odom Leigh, Carter, Will and Owen Madden, and one niece Stacy Peterson and her husband Drew.
He also leaves his loving sidekick, Biscuit.
He was loved dearly and will be missed greatly by his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Oak Hill Church of God building fund so that others can experience Gods mercy as Paw Paw did.
Visitation with the family will be held on Wednesday, March 6, 2013 from 6-8 p.m. in the chapel of Morgan Funeral Home.
Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, March 7, 2013 at 2 p.m. at the Oak Hill Church of God with Bro. William Witcher officiating.
Burial will follow at Loughridge Cemetery in Colt.
