Mr. Jerry Lee Wade of Forrest City, Arkansas, age 77, passed away on Thursday October 21, 2021, at Crestpark Nursing Home in Forrest City, Arkansas. Born December 29, 1943, he was the son of Olen  Wade and Rachel Perkins Wade. He worked at Sanyo Manufacturing.

Mr. Wade was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his three brothers Vernon Wade and his wife Alice of Wynne, Arkansas, Donald "Donnie" Wade of Little Rock, Arkansas, and Gary Wade of Forrest City, Arkansas; three stepbrothers Roger Lee and his wife Lynn of Heber Springs, Arkansas, Stacy and his wife Julie Dye of Heber Springs, Arkansas and Steve Dye and his wife Janet of Wynne, Arkansas; one stepsister Patsy Johnson and her Husband Keith of Umpire, Arkansas.

Graveside service for Mr. Wade will be Saturday October 23, 2021, at 4:00pm at Hughes Cemetery in Forrest City, Arkansas a visitation will be 1 hour prior to service at Morgan Funeral Home Chapel in Forrest City, Arkansas.
