John David Turner, age 89, passed away on January 27, 2020 at Crestpark Retirement Inn after a long illness. Born June 5, 1930, he was the son of John David Turner, Sr. and Monte Ruston Turner.  He worked in maintenance at the VA until retirement. He was a Baptist.

Survivors include one sister Martha Smith of Colt and two nieces Glenda Breeding and Brenda McCorkle of Forrest City, AR.

Services were held on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at 10:00 am at Loughridge Cemetery in Colt, AR.  Morgan Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
