Mrs. Judy DeWitt, age 72, of Forrest City, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday January 02, 2024, at her home in Forrest City, Arkansas. Born August 01, 1951, in Brinkley, Arkansas. She was the daughter of William Henry "Jack" Gordon and Lillie Mae Gordon Watkins. When she was able to work, she was a housekeeper at Baptist Hospital in their surgical department in Forrest City, Arkansas.
Mrs. DeWitt is preceded in death by her parents, one son Maxwell Eugene Parson and one sister Shirley Ferguson of Mtn. Home, Arkansas.
Mrs. DeWitt is survived by her husband Tilden "Ted" DeWitt of the home, six sons Danny (Lisa) Parson of Palestine, Arkansas, Donny (Mandy) Parson of Moro, Arkansas, David Parson of Forrest City, Arkansas, Joseph (Jennifer) Parson of Moro, Arkansas, Joshua (Jessica) Parson of Moro, Arkansas, and T.J. (Carla) DeWitt of Rogers, Arkansas; three daughters Angela (Dee) Turpen of Wynne, Arkansas, Amanda (Tommy) Moffett of Forrest City, Arkansas, and AmanDEE Robertson of San Angelo Texas; three brothers David Gordon of Maddox Bay, Arkansas, Billy (Kay) Gordon of Brinkley, Arkansas, and Carl DeLynn Gordon of Paragould, Arkansas; two sisters Lois Henley of Mtn. Home, Arkansas and JoAnn (Robert) Hawkins of Lexa, Arkansas twenty-nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Celebration of life for Mrs. DeWitt will be Saturday January 06, 2024, at 11:00 am and a visitation one hour prior at Morgan Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Norman Like will be officiating.
Morgan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
