Kelyn Davis Alford

With hearts full of love and memories, we remember and celebrate the life of Kelyn Davis Alford (née Clark), who departed from this world on July 25, 2026, in Memphis, Tennessee, following a brief illness. Born on December 12, 1958, Kelyn's journey was marked by warmth, strength, and an unwavering dedication to her family and passions.

Kelyn was the beloved daughter of Bobby Joe Clark and Nancy Davis Clark, both of whom preceded her in passing. Her family was her greatest pride, and the devotion she showed to each loved one was boundless. She leaves behind her cherished daughter, Brandi Weaver, and son-in-law, James Weaver. Her spirit will forever live on in her adored grandchildren, Tyler Weaver, Autumn Weaver, and Caitlynn Cooper, and so too in her great-grandchild, Lane Cooper, each of whom brought sunshine to her days.

Kelyn shared a special bond with her siblings, her sister Robin Clark and her brother Clay Clark, whose lives she enriched with compassion and laughter.

A woman of remarkable dedication, Kelyn’s career reflected her sturdy heart and vibrant courage. She served as a firefighter alongside her father, an experience that fused bravery with family tradition, and later embraced the open road as a truck driver. Through these pursuits, Kelyn inspired all who knew her with her work ethic and adventurous spirit.

Beyond her professional life, Kelyn found immense joy and fulfillment in her hobbies. Her kitchen was often filled with the comforting aroma of fresh-baked treats, a testament to her love of baking. She delighted in painting and drawing, channeling her creativity into beautiful artwork. Her talent extended to floral designs and cultivating a thriving garden, where she lovingly tended to each flower as if it were a cherished friend.

Kelyn’s legacy is woven into every life she touched—with kindness, generosity, and a steadfast loyalty that echoed through every relationship she held dear. The twinkle in her eye, her gentle encouragement, and her unconditional love will remain etched in the hearts of all her family and friends.

A graveside service in honor of Kelyn Davis Alford’s life will be held on July 28, 2026, commencing at 11:00 a.m. at Hughes Cemetery, Good Hope Road, Forrest City, Arkansas. All who loved her are welcome to gather, reflect, and say farewell as Kelyn is laid to rest.

Though her presence will be deeply missed, her spirit will continue to inspire and nurture those who were privileged to know her. May we carry forward Kelyn’s legacy of resilience, creativity, and boundless love, cherishing every memory and holding her forever in our hearts.
