L.E. Denton, Jr.'s Obituary
Mr. L.E. Denton, Jr. age 79, of Forrest City, passed away Friday, February 28, 2014 at his home after a long illness.
Mr. Denton was born in Center, Arkansas on December 2, 1934 the son of Luther Eli Denton, Sr. and Frances Hogan Denton.
He spent most of his life in this area, was a retired barber, licensed plumber, and was a veteran of The United States Army.
Mr. Denton was preceded in death by his wife, Wilma Denton in 2002.
He is survived by three sons, Mitchell Denton, Steve Denton, and Greg Denton all of Forrest City; one daughter, Deana Miller of Forrest City; one sister, Jackie Reeves of Bay, Arkansas; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation with the family will be held Tuesday, March 4, 2013 from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. at Morgan Funeral Home.
Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, March 5, 2013 in the Chapel of Morgan Funeral Home with Bro. Carl Weatherford officiating.
Burial will follow at Forrest Park Cemetery.
