Mr. Michael Kelly Evans, Sr., age 75, of Colt, died October 13, 2020, at NEA Baptist Medical Center in Jonesboro, AR after a short illness.

Born December 2, 1944, he was the son of Ottis Lee Evans, Sr. and Alma Rose Muirhead Evans.  He served as Pastor at Faith Fellowship in Caldwell and he was an engineer with Patton-Tully in Memphis prior to retirement.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and two daughters Kelly Michelle Evans in 1966 and Kimberly Evans Fryer in 1996.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia, of the home; one son Michael Evans, Jr. and wife Sara of Wynne; one brother Ottis Evans, Jr. and his wife Billie Jean of Greenville, MS; four grandchildren Joshua Fryer, Kayla Fraser, Michael-Aaron Evans and Kelly Evans; two great-grandchildren Kimberly Fryer and Leland Fraser.

Funerals services will be Sat. Oct 17, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Morgan Chapel with Michael Evans, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Forrest Park Cemetery under the direction of Morgan Funeral Home.
