Obituary

Mrs. Naomi Lee Williams, age 74, died Friday January 28, 2022, at her home in Forrest City, Arkansas. Born March 19, 1947, in Alicia, Arkansas. she was the daughter of John Faulkner and Beadie Henson Faulkner. She was a hair stylist and an artist. She was a member of the New Prospect Baptist church.

Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her parents one son Mark Anthony (Tony) Dugard two sisters Lillie Faulkner Wright and Dapheny Faulkner Powell five brothers William Charles Faulkner, Clayburn Faulkner, Eddie Faulkner, John Ray Faulkner, and Carl Faulkner.

Mrs. Williams is survived by her husband Charlie A. Williams of the home in Forrest City, Arkansas; one son Dwayne Akers and his wife Tina of Forrest City, Arkansas; one daughter Melissa Akers Douglas and her husband Adam of Palestine, Arkansas; one brother James David Faulkner and his wife Carrie of Texas; two sisters Mary Dugard and her husband Charles of Hardy, Arkansas and Juanita Emrich of Florida; eight grandchildren Marie Akers, Dwayne "Dane" Akers, Kailan Akers, Hunter Williams, Tyler Williams, Lane Douglas, Taylor Douglas, and Timothy Douglas. Four great grandchildren.

Services for Mrs. Williams will be Saturday February 5, 2022, at 11:00 am at New Prospect Missionary Baptist Church in Colt, Arkansas with visitation one hour prior at 10;00 am. With Bro. Eddie Addison officiating. Burial will follow at Mississippi County Memorial Garden in Osceola, Arkansas.

Morgan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
