Ms. Patricia Ann Leonard Futrell Killingsworth, age 73, of Hickory Ridge, Arkansas died August 4, 2020 at her home after a long illness. Born December 6, 1946, she was the daughter of W.A. "Bill" Leonard and Iantha Gaddis "Betty" Leonard.  She lived in Hickory Ridge for over 25 years and was a Baptist.

Ms. Killingsworth was preceded in death by her parents, one son - Jamie Landon Futrell and one grandson Landon Greyson Futrell.

Survivors include one son, Lorne Grayson Futrell and wife Julie of Little Rock, AR; one daughter, Jeanamarie Bowman and husband Chris of Azle,Texas; one brother, Jack Leonard and wife Glenda of Hickory Ridge, AR; three sisters, Linda Peeler and husband Donnie of Wynne, AR, Donna Leonard of Hickory Ridge, AR, Peggy McCrary and husband James of Wynne, AR; and three granddaughters: Journey Bowman, Harlee Futrell, and Lynden Futrell.

Visitation with the family will be Saturday, August 8, 2020 from 12:00 - 1:00pm at Morgan Chapel in Forrest City, AR; funeral services will follow at 1:00PM with Chaplain Lewis Ford officiating.  Burial will follow at Lewis Cemetery near Hickory Ridge, AR under the direction of Morgan Funeral Home.
