Mr. Roger Breeding, age 59, died suddenly and unexpectedly on November, 3, 2017 at Regional Medical Center in Memphis, TN. Born November 23, 1957, he was the son of Floyd Breeding, Odis and Jean Black Howton. A lifetime resident of Forrest City, Arkansas, Mr. Breeding was a member of the Forrest City City Council and owner of Mallards Grill. He was a Baptist.

Mr. Breeding was preceded in death by his parents - Floyd Breeding, Odis Howton and Jean Howton; and brother Lynn Breeding.

Survivors include his wife, Glenda Breeding of the home; two sons: Chase (& Christy) Breeding of Jonesboro, AR and Justin Morgan of Palestine; two daughters: Paige (& Josh) Neldon of Jonesboro and Jennifer Reeves of Forrest City; one brother: Bryan Howton of Michigan and two sisters: Cathy Guerrero of California and Barclay Wiley of Tennessee; and sixteen grandchildren.

Graveside arrangements are scheduled for Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 10:00am at Bell Cemetery in Palestine, Arkansas.
