Russell Howard Parham's Obituary
Mr. Russell H. Parham, age 70, of Forrest City, passed away Monday, February 24, 2014 after a long illness.
Mr. Parham was born October 2, 1943 in St. Louis, Missouri the son of William Marvin Parham and Stella Harbin Parham.
He spent most of his life in this area, was retired from Reltoc Manufacturing, and was a Veteran of the United States Army.
Mr. Parham was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Sheila Parham.
He is survived by one son, Devin Parham of Forrest City and one sister, Crese Bishop Robertson of Bowling Green, Kentucky.
Graveside services are scheduled for Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at 2 P.M. at The Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery at Birdeye with Bro. Kendall Pettus officiating.
