Mrs. Sylvia Jean Davis, age 77, died at her on in Marion, Arkansas, Saturday July 7th, after a long illness.

Born November 18th, 1940, she was the daughter of Drift and Helen Reece. She was retired from Sanyo Mfg Corp of Forrest City. She attended Restoration Life Church in Marion.

Survivors include one son Jeff Davis of Marion; one daughter Sharon Pierce and husband Bruce of Forrest City; one brother Terry Reece and wife Betty of North Little Rock; 2 sisters, Bonnie Hendrix and husband William of Rosebud, and Becky Hamilton and husband Calvin of Benton; 6 grandchildren, Jeffrey Davis Jr, Brian Pierce, Jessica Geier, Joshua Pierce, Jennifer Davis and Bethany Griffin; She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, Emily Pierce, Carlee Long, Casey Joshlin, Cason Joshlin, Tristan Pierce, Leighla Griffin, Bryson Pierce, Bryson Davis and Briley Davis; Special friends W.E. (Everett) Boggan and Kelli Brown

Funeral services for Mrs. Davis will be Saturday afternoon at 2:00 pm, at Morgan Chapel in Forrest City

Burial will follow at Marianna Park Cemetery, in Marianna.

Visitation will be from 1:00 t 2:00 one hour prior to funeral services at Morgan Chapel
