Mr. Thomas G. Douglas, age 68, died Thursday, November 24, 2016 at Forrest City Medical Center. Born October 14, 1948, he was the son of Ray UV Douglas and Hazel Harris Douglas. He was a lifetime resident of St. Francis County and a Baptist.

Mr. Thomas was preceded in death by his parent; his wife, Andrea L. Rice Douglas and one daughter Tina Ellis.

He is survived by three sons: John (& Linda) Douglas of Jonesboro, AR, Shane (& Amber) Douglas of Forrest City, AR and Adam (& Melissa) Douglas of Palestine, AR; two brothers Donald ( & Betty) Douglas of Palestine, AR; Bobby (& Diane) Douglas of Forrest City, AR; three sisters Kay Gustavus of Blackfish, AR, Bonnie (& Rickey) Casey of Widener, AR and Pat (& Frank) Luker of Forrest City, AR; ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Sunday, November 27, 2016 from 12:00pm – 2:00pm with funeral services following at 2:00PM at Morgan Chapel. Burial will follow at Harris Chapel Cemetery near Village Creek outside of Colt, Arkansas.
