Mr. Tracy Duane Stultz, age 67, of Forrest City, Arkansas, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Friday, May 22, 2026. He was born on January 21, 1959, in Forrest City to Douglas and Stella Haynes Stultz. He was a lifetime resident of Forrest City and was a self-employed painter.

Mr. Stultz was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Wesley Van Stultz.  He is survived by one son, Billy Stultz of Detroit, Michigan; one brother, Danny Stultz of Wynne, Arkansas; two sisters, Scarlett Sanders of Palestine, Arkansas, and Melanie Lipe of Forrest City, Arkansas; and two granddaughters.

Visitation with Mr. Stultz's family will be on Tuesday evening, May 26, 2026, from 5 PM to 7 PM at Morgan Funeral Home.  Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 2 PM at Bell Cemetery in Palestine, Arkansas.  Bro. Bobby Matlock will officiate the services and be assisted by Bro. Allen Doane.  Morgan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
