Vicky Ann Parsley Kennedy

Vicky Ann Parsley Kennedy, of Memphis, Tennessee, passed away on September 22, 2026, in Memphis at the age of 65.

Born on May 31, 1961, in Bakersfield, California, Vicky was the daughter of Homer Parsley and Ann Meeks Parsley. She carried her family name with pride throughout her life and will be remembered with love by those who knew her.

Vicky was preceded in death by her parents.

She leaves behind a devoted family who will continue to cherish her memory. She is survived by her sons, William Matthew Parsley and his wife, Laurne, Caleb Anthony Kennedy, and Joshua Adam Kennedy, all of Memphis, Tennessee. She is also survived by her brother, James Parsley and his wife, Kim, of Eads, Tennessee, as well as her three grandchildren, Sonora Rose Parsley, Michael Lewis Parsley, and Aaliyah Maxine Parsley, who were among the great joys of her family’s life. Those who loved her will hold close the lasting gift of her presence and the many memories shared across the years.

Her family and friends will deeply miss and lovingly remember her.
