Virginia Busby Daniels, age 85, of Forrest City, passed away peacefully on March 3, 2026, surrounded by her family after a lengthy illness.

Born on January 13, 1941, in Cockrum, Mississippi, to the late Luther (Jack) Busby and Gladys Taylor Busby, she was a nurse and caregiver for many years and a member of First Baptist Church of West Memphis.

Virginia was a devoted mother, enjoyed cooking, and loved raising flowers and bird watching.  She is survived by one son, Johnnie Daniels, Jr., and wife Carol, of Forrest City; two daughters, Kim Boger of Memphis and Renee Williams of Florida; two brothers, Charles Busby and his wife Dena of Brinkley, and Harvey Busby of Forrest City; and one beloved sister, Joyce Cole of Forrest City.

A service celebrating her life will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 12 noon, at the Connect Point Church in Forrest City.
