Mr. Willie F. Howerton, age 81, died June 11, 2020 at his home after a long illness.  Born November 14, 1938, he was the son of Sylvester and Eunice Patterson Howerton.  He was a long time resident of Marianna and a member of the Friendship Baptist Church.  He was also a carpenter.

Mr. Howerton is survived by two daughters: Mrs. Adrienne Andrew and husband Shawn of Southaven, MS and Allison Howerton of Marianna, AR; one sister Virginia Linn of California; six grandchildren: Shawn Andrew, Tristan Beard, Dawson Beard, Tommy Butler Andrew, Brittany Andrew and Shawna Pullen and six great-grandchildren.

Graveside services are scheduled for Monday, June 15, 2020 at 10:00 AM with Bro. Charles McKendrick at Marianna Memorial Cemetery in Marianna, Arkansas. Pallbearers are Justin Beard, Jacob Jones, Allen Watts and Shawn Andrew.

Those attending are requested to continue following COVID health guidelines of remaining six feet apart at all times and wearing face masks.
