Mrs. Wilma Lee "Sis" Riggs, age 62 of Forrest City, died Monday, February 11, 2013 at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro.

Mrs. Riggs was born March 13, 1950 in Haynes, the daughter of Andrew and Nellie Williams Hastings.

She was a retired cashier for the Palestine Truckstop and was a Baptist.

Mrs. Riggs was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ronnie Riggs, and one brother, Bud Hastings.

She is survived by two brothers; Roy Gene Hastings of Louisiana, and George Hastings of Palestine,
three sisters; Mildred Aunspaugh of Forrest City, Jean Witts of Louisiana, and Louise Cox of Alabama, and one grandchild; Zachary Hastings.

Visitation with the family will be held on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 from 6 to 8p.m. in the Chapel of Morgan Funeral Home.

Graveside services are scheduled for Thursday, February 14, 2013 at 2p.m. at Forrest Park Cemetery.
